This a hybrid position in NYC.$113-119k annual salary rangeKey Responsibilities:
- Recruiter & Client Support:Provide direct support to 2–4 recruiters by scheduling meetings and interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates, and preparing background materials and deliverables.
- Document & Communications Management:Draft, finalize, and organize internal and client-facing correspondence, candidate reports, and search-related documents.
- Market Intelligence & Research:Conduct research on market trends, companies, and talent pools; maintain up-to-date intelligence in internal databases to support business development and search strategy.
- Data Management & Reporting:Manage and analyze company data to support decision-making, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent data standards.
- Collaboration & Best Practices:Partner with other Executive Research Managers and leadership to share best practices, enhance workflows, and improve recruiter productivity.
- Training & Team Enablement:Lead training sessions and check-ins with recruiters to reinforce process best practices and support team development.
- Strategic Contribution:Contribute to broader company initiatives that support team efficiency and provide remote or in-person support to offices as needed.
- Professional Experience:4–7 years in a support or coordination role within executive search, recruiting, or professional services; experience supporting senior-level professionals is preferred.
- Communication & Attention to Detail:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Proficiency:Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn internal systems and databases.
- Client-Service Orientation:Proactive, highly responsive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to high-touch service and the ability to anticipate team needs.
