Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:As a Product Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of product enhancements that strengthen customer experience, drive revenue, and streamline internal operations. You’ll work across teams to understand business needs, define specifications, shape strategy, and guide solutions from concept through production. - Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities, increase automation, and deliver greater value to customers.
- Collaborate with leadership to align prioritization with organizational goals.
- Organize initiatives, manage competing priorities, and structure tasks to maintain execution velocity.
- Partner with technical, design, and leadership teams to deeply understand problems and craft thoughtful solutions.
- Produce clear, detailed product specifications for engineering.
- Develop effective materials for client-facing product rollouts.
- Identify underutilized features and create communication strategies that improve adoption.
- Maintain close communication with engineering to ensure production matches specifications.
- Analyze usage data to identify patterns, evaluate outcomes, and inform future prioritization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a quantitative field (math, engineering, computer science preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical, problem‑solving‑focused roles such as product management, engineering, or consulting.
- Start‑up experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to tackle difficult challenges.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to start complex projects from scratch and structure them effectively.
- Excellent design instincts and process intuition.
- Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Strong writing and communication abilities, especially around naming, clarity, and documentation.
- Comfortable conducting research and breaking down complex problems.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys using numbers and logic.

$120,000 - $170,000 annually, +20% bonus + equity
