In deal recovery management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients navigate financial distress and recover from challenging business situations. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and solutions to optimise recovery outcomes.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As part of the Deals Business Recovery Services team you navigate through issues related to financial underperformance, crises or a potential bankruptcy. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- CPA or CA license- or similar international designation
- Utilizing the US bankruptcy code and its implications to clients
- Analyzing financials and other related business-recovery matters
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes
- Preparing memoranda and/or reports that communicate research findings
- Constructing and managing integrated financial models
- Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters
- Delivering premium client services-oriented reorganization accounting services
- Participating in managing client relationships and client service
