We are seeking a world-class Campus Recruiter to join our Investment Recruiting team. In this role, you will directly shape Bridgewater’s future talent pipeline by conveying our unique value proposition, developing deep and trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and applying sound judgment to hire exceptional early-career talent.
Our Campus Recruiters partner closely with hiring managers and senior investors to build, execute, and evolve search strategies; develop talent marketexpertise; and continually refine our approach toidentifyingand assessing high-potential university talent. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, eager to understand talent at a deep level, interested in financial markets, and energized by designing creative and effective ways to attract and select the best people.
You willdrivethe following responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs and role requirements , reconcile them with talent market realities, and translate insights into high-quality rubrics and markers of success.
- Engage candidates with clear, compelling communication about Bridgewater’s opportunities, while authenticallyrepresentingour culture in interactions with students, professors, and campuspartners.
- Partner with senior investors to create and execute differentiated sourcing strategies.
