The mission is to make government more effective and trusted by bridging the gap between taxpayer funding and the outdated technology that drives citizen-facing services.

As Chief of Staff
, you’ll partner directly with the founder to help run and scale the business
. This role spans strategic and operational work
—from fundraising and strategic planning to managing day-to-day operations like office setup and team coordination.

You’ll also play a key role in making the company AI-native by implementing state-of-the-art AI tools across all workflows. This is a high-exposure, high-impact position

• Work closely with the founder on strategy, fundraising, and daily operations
• Lead initiatives to scale the business efficiently
• Drive adoption of AI tools across the company to ensure lean and fast operations
• Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to shape culture and growth
• Contribute to the mission of improving government services with better technology

• 4+ years experience in generalist/business roles, ideally in venture-backed startups
• High-agency, organized, strong communicator with broad business acumen
• Excited to work in an AI-native company
  ; familiarity with AI tools is a strong plus
• Interest in Gov Tech or experience in public sector innovation is a bonus

• On-site in NYC (Flatiron), 5 days/week
