Your Role:

As the Associate Manager/Manager of Business Value Strategy, you will support prospects and customers to develop strategic recommendations on value realization, which will include aligning Treasure Data’s CDP and AI capabilities to business objectives and growth opportunities.

With your deep understanding of our prospect’s and customer’s business models and your expertise in using customer data to drive business impact, you will steward the process of creating compelling strategic recommendations, use case roadmaps, and quantitative business cases.

Responsibilities:

Build collaborative business cases with prospects, customers, and in partnership with the go‑to‑market and customer success teams, to address high‑impact use cases enabled by Treasure Data’s capabilities.

Develop high‑quality presentation materials and proposals for customer meetings, ensuring qualitative and quantitative value narrative is presented clearly and persuasively.

Gather and synthesize prospect and customer pain points and prescribe use case roadmaps and recommendations aligned to maturity and growth potential with Treasure Data.

Own, refine, and scale adoption of Treasure Data’s value‑selling tools and templates, such as maturity frameworks, discovery and use case libraries, and value platform.

Own and steward the creation, refinement, and enablement of internal documentation and guides to aid in value‑selling at Treasure Data.

Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from the field on tool utilization and effectiveness to drive iterations in the value‑selling process.

Job Requirements:

Strong understanding of a full enterprise sales cycle and customer lifecycle management.

Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.

Ability to tie strategic and consultative thinking with tactical financial models in order to build thought‑provoking presentations.

Comfortable working closely and building relationships with C‑Level executives.

Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and how they deliver value to data, IT, and business teams.

Project management and multi‑tasking skills that involve strong collaboration with both customers as well as internal resources.

Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.

Experience in developing and implementing training and certification programs.

Physical Requirements:

Working out of the New York, NY or London, UK office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”

Travel Requirements:

Requires ad‑hoc travel to customers and internal off sites - up to 25%
