About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Flight Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our flight desk. Reporting directly to the Head of Flights, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our advisor team maintaining operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to blend your GDS expertise with a human-centered approach, working cross-functionally with teams across Communications, Finance, and Product Operations to ensure smooth and efficient travel operations.
You’ll be the go-to for flight support tickets, advisor escalations, and complex ticketing cases, and will have a hand in improving internal processes through data analysis and workflow optimization. This role offers meaningful, varied work with a clear path for growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the flight desk, including support tickets, escalations, and performance oversight
- Serve as the primary escalation point for contractor questions, exception requests, and difficult GDS scenarios
