Grayce is recruiting a Graduate Consultant for its 2‑year Business Skills Development Program. The program delivers hands‑on experience on client projects, industry‑accredited certifications, and a clear path to a permanent role with a Grayce partner.

• Business Analyst:
  Investigate business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and define requirements.
• Project Manager:
  Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Project Management Officer:
  Standardize project governance, methodology, and risk management.
• Product Manager:
  Define product vision, create roadmaps, and prioritize features.
• Document Manager:
  Own the lifecycle of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• 3.3/4 GPA or higher; open to graduates of all subjects.
• Right to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Internship or work experience preferred.
• Analytical problem solving and critical thinking.
• Effective communication and persuasive writing.
• Organization, planning, and time management.
• Flexibility to work in one East Coast location.

• Starting Salary: $52,500.
• PTO: 12 days, +1 day per year (max 15).
• Medical, vision, and dental: 60% coverage.
• 401(k): 0.5% match for every 1% contributed (max 7%).
