About the RoleWe’re preparing to open our Manhattan office in Q2 and are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Success Manager to join us as one of the first key team members when operations begin.
This is an early-stage startup role — meaning you’ll have significant decision-making power
, real influence on the company’s direction, and the opportunity to grow alongside it from the ground up.
We’re searching for someone who’s ready to work extremely hard, take full ownership of results, and move fast. For the right person,
equity participation will also be an option.
In this position, you’ll step in where the AI leaves off —
turning interest into partnerships , building trust with customers, and guiding them from the first demo all the way to long-term success. You’ll work closely with the founder every day to shape our sales strategy, customer relationships, and growth roadmap as we expand into the U.S. market.
- Run demos & presentations — Show prospects the power of Cora, tailor conversations to their needs, and answer questions.
- Close deals — Manage the full sales cycle from demo to contract, including pricing conversations and objection handling.
- Own customer success — Onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and proactively ensure they see value from day one.
- Drive retention & growth — Stay in touch post-sale, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Collaborate with the founder — Share insights from customer conversations to help improve our product, messaging, and go-to-market.
- Passion for building relationships and helping customers succeed.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success (SaaS or startup experience is a big plus).
- Excellent communication skills — confident presenting, negotiating, and explaining complex ideas simply.
- Self-starter attitude — thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and enjoy shaping processes from the ground up.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to turn feedback into actionable insights.
