Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support client acquisition, proposal development, and CRM organization. This role is central to KPM’s growth efforts and is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to bridge U.S.–China market needs.
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will manage lead pipelines, assist in preparing proposals, and support the agency’s pitching efforts. You’ll also be directly responsible for updating and modifying client decks, audits, and proposals to align with client needs and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update CRM tracking platforms to organize leads, prospects, and client outreach.
- Draft, update, and refine client-facing decks, audits, and proposal documents.
- Support the business development team in client prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and track action items.
- Draft bilingual communications (English/Chinese) as needed for client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, production) to ensure proposals reflect agency capabilities.
- Conduct market research to support new business initiatives.
- Maintain organized files, proposals, and case study libraries for business development use.
- Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (agency or F&B experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to multitask across projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience driving new business development within a boutique agency setting.
- Exposure to marketing strategy, creative pitching, and client acquisition.
