Our client is an alternative investment adviser and fund manager focused on private markets such as private debt and private equity.
They are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Sales Support professional to join their company’s growing Index Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting their index licensing and subscription business, helping to drive growth through operational excellence and outstanding client service.
You will gain hands-on exposure to the private credit and index space, while supporting sales, billing, and client success operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial markets, is highly organized, and has great communication skills.
Experience in Private Credit and/or Index is a must.
- Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries related to index products and subscriptions, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions within CRM systems to ensure proper follow up and pipeline visibility
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, contract management, and deal tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionality with internal teams – including Research, Product, Marketing – to gather insights and address client requests
- Work closely with Billing and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate client invoicing, payment tracking, and resolution of billing issues or discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years’ professional experience in sales support, client service, or financial services
- Strong interest in financial markets; familiarity with credit markets required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
