Position:
Community Associate in the Bureau of Fleet Services, reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Capital Purchasing.
Responsibilities
• Create monthly vehicle preventive maintenance schedules for ambulances and support vehicles.
• Schedule all geolocation device installations and run related reports.
• Create documents and forms required for vehicle and ladder assembly purchases.
• Coordinate with oversight agencies for approval of vehicle purchases.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school graduation or equivalent and at least three years of experience in community work or community‑centered activities related to duties described above; or
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.
