Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

We are a young well‑funded start‑up working towards a new category creation in the U.S. restaurant tech industry. We have a strong product‑market fit for some of the product lines, growing to thousands of restaurants in under three years. This is just a start as we continue to build more product lines and see massive value creation opportunities in an industry hungry for innovation.

With a flat hierarchy and a lean, high‑impact team, this is your opportunity to help shape and steer the rocket ship in the right direction. You’ll work closely with the founders and a group of ambitious peers who set a high bar for themselves and for each new hire. • Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Engage with customers (primarily non‑technical users in the U.S.) to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
• Partner with engineering to ship high‑quality features efficiently
• Develop data‑driven insights to differentiate our product in competitive markets
• Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms
• Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product strategy
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and drive results with limited resources
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
