Job Description

Work under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area and communicate with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Identify and address changes within own job area, achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results, and perform data entry tasks essential to program execution. Compile and analyze program status, participate in program meetings, and assist in the preparation of meeting materials.

Develop mechanisms to monitor program progress across various functional teams, collaborate with multi‑level program managers to achieve key business and financial objectives (orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new and ongoing programs), support the overall program management team, and work independently under regular direction and guidance on non‑routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
  • Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork abilities and aptitude for collaborative projects

Salary and Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $56,500–$105,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
