• Initial phone screens will begin the week of November 10th, 2025, followed by first-round interviews starting the week of November 17th, 2025.
• Select candidates will be invited to submit a writing sample by mid-December.
• Final round interviews will take place in early January, and final decisions will be communicated shortly thereafter.

The three-year Analyst Program is designed to provide hands‑on experience in emerging markets entrepreneurship and venture capital. Throughout the three years, participants will have opportunities to spend time in our markets through an “immersion program” or at one of Endeavor’s global hubs (including London, Singapore, and Dubai).  to read about one Selection Analyst’s immersive experience living and working in Mexico City!

At the conclusion of the program, Analysts may have the opportunity to continue their career within Endeavor or transition externally (past Selection team members have gone on to roles in VC or at high-growth tech companies).

This role is based predominantly in New York City and reports directly to the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection.

Endeavor’s mission of building entrepreneurial ecosystems begins with identifying and selecting the fastest-growing, most aspirational founders and businesses. The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As an Analyst on this team, you will evaluate a wide variety of companies progressing through the candidate pipeline, and prepare in-depth written profiles on key business elements, including the product, market opportunity, and growth strategy.

You will also work with our team on strategic and operational projects, while building an understanding of Endeavor’s markets.
