Business Development Coordinator (Transactional)
This role supports strategic initiatives across our Transactional practices, including the development of pitches, proposals, RFPs, and other marketing materials.
Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Development leadership in implementing practice group marketing and business development activities.
- Develop, coordinate, and track proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.
- Maintain business development plans, budgets, and client databases.
- Coordinate practice-related events, webinars, sponsor ships, and speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Business Intelligence, to strengthen client development efforts.
- Prepare research reports, maintain marketing collateral, and update practice materials and attorney bios.
- Minimum of one year of related experience in a law firm or two years in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems such as Inter Action or Foundation preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required for the Lat Am-focused position.
