About The Position

Indicium is hiring a Partnership Sales leader to drive revenue through our partner ecosystem, including Databricks and dbt Labs. You’ll play a key role in generating revenue through our most strategic partners, helping translate relationships into results and bringing in new opportunities through joint selling. This role is for someone who is as excited about closing deals as they are about building long‑term, high‑impact partnerships.

You’ll be the face of Indicium to our top partners and their sales teams, responsible for generating revenue through co‑selling, identifying new opportunities, and improving how we source, manage, and monetize our partnerships. While you’ll have input into partner strategy and support partner

Ops (about 10–15% of the role), your primary focus will be selling (85–90%).

This position is a hybrid role based in the NYC area. Work from our office, your home, and travel to partners as needed.

Partnerships are a core part of Indicium’s go‑to‑market engine. This role is all about turning those relationships into revenue. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to deepen partner relationships, grow our joint pipeline, and ensure we’re the #1 modern data services partner in every room.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong working relationships with our most strategic partners, including Databricks and dbt Labs, to drive joint revenue opportunities.
  • Build joint GTM plans with partner teams to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal cycles, maximize co‑selling opportunities, and close business through collaboration.
  • Working with the senior leadership team, establish clear goals for each partner relationship and track progress through regular reporting, funnel management, and joint business planning.
  • Secure and accelerate partner funding tied to delivery acceleration, GTM, or pipeline growth.
  • Manage and close partner‑sourced opportunities in collaboration with our sales, marketing, consulting, and the Data & AI teams, to deliver value and repeatable wins.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for partner‑sourced opportunities, bringing insight and structure to how we approach, manage, and optimize each opportunity.
  • Maintain awareness of partner programs, certifications, and funding opportunities; leveraging them to fuel pipeline development and accelerate deals.
  • Represent Indicium at partner events, QBRs, and industry functions to strengthen our visibility and influence within the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide input to enhance our partner sales strategy, incorporating best practices and market intelligence to stay ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel roles in the Data/AI/Cloud space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through partner‑sourced deals.
  • Deep familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to build trust with partner field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales execution skills: pipeline building, forecasting, closing.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience managing co‑selling motions and GTM activities.
  • Comfortable with ~25% travel for partner events and client meetings.
  • Hybrid Role - ability to work from our office and partner offices, as necessary.
