Position InformationBrynson is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager who is motivated by impact, accountability, and delivering exceptional outcomes for sophisticated multifamily portfolios. This role is central to building long-term, trusted relationships with our enterprise clients and ensuring Brynson delivers measurable value across every property and platform we support.
The Enterprise Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for large, complex client accounts and is responsible for overseeing all active ILS listings, performance optimization, reporting, and coordination with third-party integration and technology partners. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a focus on simplifying complexity, driving performance, and elevating the client experience.
Requirements & QualificationsThe ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the multifamily ecosystem, including a strong understanding of ILS providers, PMS and CRM platforms, and how these systems intersect across marketing and operations. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong leadership presence, and the ability to confidently engage with enterprise-level stakeholders.
This role requires comfort working within a SaaS environment, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, and operating effectively in an autonomous, fast‑moving setting. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise clients managing large, complex multifamily portfolios
- Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience across ILS Management™, Brynsights™, and the Fee Transparency Compliance Monitor™
- Lead client demos, onboarding, and ongoing engagement, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution and adoption
- Analyze portfolio‑level reporting, translate insights into clear recommendations, and guide clients toward smarter, data‑driven decisions
- Lead internal initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and overall client impact
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, service expansion, and long‑term value creation for both clients and Brynson
- 5+ years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a strong understanding of portfolio‑level operations and marketing ecosystems
- 5+ years in a client‑facing role, managing complex relationships and delivering high‑touch service
- 1–2+ years of direct property management experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment
