Join UBS as a Cleared Derivatives Product Manager to help transform the firm into an agile organization, re‑imagine how we work and deliver value to clients.

• Co‑develop a clear product strategy, vision and roadmap with the Pod Product Owner and wider Pod/Crew members, covering Exchange & Regulatory Mandatory Projects, Business and Operational demand, Modern Tech and other market demands.
• Act as Product Manager within an agile team, participating in ceremonies and ensuring requirements are clear to designers, engineers and business users.
• Analyze, assess, test and communicate the product to business, market working groups and end‑client users, providing operational readiness insights before testing and go‑lives.
• Ensure product quality and compliance (technical and non‑functional requirements such as production stability, performance, maintainability and efficiency).
• Support Pod OKRs and provide relevant product metrics to meet overall business goals.
• Set and deliver outcome‑focused goals using OKRs for the Global Exchange Trade Derivatives (ETD) Operations function.
• Collaborate with COO and Operations to deliver the Target Operating Model.
• Attend Data & Metrics IB Operations forums and deliver KPIs to the IBO Dashboard.
• Identify and present operating model opportunities and cost reductions related to ETD Operations cost allocation.
• Showcase analytics in new business pitches and retention meetings.
• Develop enhanced dashboards and analytics opportunities using new data points.
• Drive ETD Digital Operations strategy and roadmap covering workflow management, dashboarding and analytics.
• Prioritise non‑strategic changes against the IB ETD Operations Problem Inventory.

• Robust understanding of operational processing, operational risk management and client focus within financial services.
• Detailed knowledge of ETD global markets throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating or chairing global stakeholder calls, driving collaboration among business, operations and technology.
• Passion for process improvement, with Lean and/or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
• Experience ensuring clear technology investment and deliveries aligned to wider program goals, including detailed user stories and test cases.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple tasks across strategy, delivery and administration.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
• Strong active listening, influencing and communication skills for global teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and presenting findings using automated reporting tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of the full lifecycle of ETD global markets and equity options.
• Comfortable managing diverse tasks from strategy to delivery and administration.

New York: $108,000 – $133,000 (based on experience, location and skill level). Eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
