Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to expand Uex Swap’s partnerships, integrations, and strategic collaborations within the global crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands both B2B and community‑driven growth in Web3 and can turn opportunities into long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities with wallets, DeFi protocols, fintechs, and crypto communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads for API integrations and liquidity collaborations.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams to align partnership campaigns and launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, project founders, and industry influencers.
  • Represent Uex Swap at industry events, online panels, and ecosystem initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze partnership performance, track KPIs, and report directly to executive leadership.
  • Explore and onboard strategic token or project listings aligned with UEX Capital’s ecosystem growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management in the crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of DEX/CEX mechanics, APIs, liquidity aggregation, and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑starter mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Comfortable engaging with founders, C‑level executives, and key ecosystem partners.
Nice to Have
  • Existing network of crypto and Web3 industry contacts.
  • Experience in affiliate or integration partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, liquidity routing, or DEX aggregators.
