Consultants drive client engagements by problem structuring, defining workflows, drawing conclusions from complex data sets, generating insights, delivering presentations, and managing relationships. They are crucial to our growth, shaping culture, hiring, mentoring, and new business development. You will lead thought‑leadership efforts, collaborate across teams, and help clients navigate unique challenges to solve complex strategic problems.

• Drive client engagements through problem structuring and workflow definition.
• Analyze complex data sets, generate insights, and deliver clear presentations.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in new business development and company culture initiatives.
• Partner with academic experts and apply sophisticated data modeling and econometric techniques.
• Create structure from ambiguity and lead client engagements to successful outcomes.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or another STEM‑related field.
• Relevant professional and academic experience.
• Adaptability to ambiguous problems and a passion for excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial and operational levers.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and cross‑organizational collaboration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates across functional areas.
• Graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.

• Live Zoom‑based case interview drawn from real client engagements.
• Writing assessment for candidates who complete all case interviews.
• Final conversation with a Senior Partner focusing on fit, motivation, and long‑term aspirations.

US Salary Range
: $88,000 - $198,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
