SummaryThe Activation Lead supports the Monetization Incentives Activation team by executing activation and GTM plans for multiple incentives across various sales channels. The role drives rollout, engagement, and adoption of incentive programs by coordinating activation activities, enabling sales teams, and communicating program benefits.
Responsibilities- Partner on execution of Monetization Incentives activation plans by coordinating with key cross‑functional teams from sales, operations, insights, and other functions.
- Act as a key partner for sales teams, providing timely information, materials, and support to drive incentive activation.
- Help organize and deliver training sessions and onboarding to ensure sales teams are equipped to utilize incentive benefits.
- Draft and share clear communications about benefit launches and changes tailored to target audiences.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and cross‑functional teams to inform future activation strategies.
- Prepare sales‑facing summary reports and insights in partnership with the Activation Lead.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead discussions with key stakeholders to explore, evaluate, and develop best practices.
- Strong team player with demonstrated project management skills; must manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, strategic‑thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations.
- Works well under pressure, resourceful, independent, and a self‑starter.
- BS/BA degree.
- 4+ years of business experience working with sales teams, agencies, and/or partners.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $60.00 – $65.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
