Role OverviewThe Performance Lead for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer serves as the central support for the Chief of Staff to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the COO’s Office. This role reports to the Chief of Staff. The base salary for this position is $110,000 and is eligible for variable compensation.

Responsibilities- Support preparation for all Board, Committee and senior leadership meetings, including research, summaries and drafting talking points.
- Analyze complex data to develop informed recommendations.
- Track and monitor projects across the COO organization, including managing work streams, follow‑up and action trackers.
- Manage deliverables and track OKRs to align with organizational goals.
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including audits and ad hoc research.
- Play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across the executive’s function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑driven; ability to develop and implement solutions with limited guidance.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to leverage Microsoft Office & Project, PowerPoint and Excel (including charts and graphs) to draft executive‑level presentations.
