Job Summary

As a Vice President, Business Manager in Customer Experience, Marketing, Benefits and Credit Products, you'll help shape strategy and drive operational excellence. As a key thought partner and operator, you'll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the team-leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating leadership forums, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves as a team player.

Job Responsibilities
  • Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations

  • Shape and communicate the organization's strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders

  • Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery

  • Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones

  • Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment

  • Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight

  • Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members

  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives

  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies

  • Experience working in financial services
