C10 Labs is seeking a Community Lead to design, build, and grow the network that powers our venture studio in NYC. This role sits at the intersection of relationship building, strategy, and execution, connecting founders, investors, and expert operators to create tangible value for our portfolio companies and the broader AI ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines a founder's mindset with an operator's executional rigor and a genuine passion for connecting people. You will help shape how we engage our community, from hosting founder workshops, events, and working to grow our partnerships in NYC. And curated dinners to developing communication channels that inspire collaboration and accelerate company building.

• Build and nurture relationships
• Design and grow the network strategically
• Lead programming and events
• Own communications and content
• Activate the platform

• 510 years of experience in community building, partnerships, venture capital, or startup operations.
• Deep familiarity with the NYC and broader startup ecosystem, ideally with exposure to AI or frontier technology.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with genuine curiosity about people and ideas.
• Strong organizational and program management capabilities with a track record of turning ideas into action.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment that rewards initiative and creativity.
• Experience using tools such as Notion, Airtable, Hub Spot, or similar platforms for managing networks and programs.

• A vibrant, growing community of founders, investors, and operators engaged with C10 Labs and its portfolio.
• High participation and meaningful outcomes from events, programs, and introductions.
• Portfolio companies directly benefiting from community-driven talent, partnerships, and fundraising opportunities.
• Founders and investors recognize C10 Labs' community as a key differentiator and strategic advantage.
