Base Pay Range$150,000 / yr – $200,000 / yr

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + Benefits + Equity (0.15% – 0.25%)
We’re seeking a seasoned demand planning professional from the CPG world to join us as a functional expert. In this unique role, you’ll help bridge the gap between product, customer support, and go‑to‑market teams. You will have outsized influence on how technology shapes the future of demand planning across the CPG landscape. You will report to the Head of Business Operations.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Partner with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities, validate designs, and ensure we’re solving real CPG demand‑planning challenges.
- Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to optimize workflows, solve challenges, and maximize platform value.
- Collaborate with sales – & – marketing teams on key go‑to‑market activities including discovery calls, content generation and educational materials, running webinars, etc.
- 5+ years of hands‑on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand‑supply collaboration, and S&OP processes.
- Deep functional expertise in demand‑planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and planning systems.
- Understanding of how demand planning connects to broader supply chain, finance, and commercial objectives.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools.
- Excited by ambiguity, fast‑paced environments, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
