Evidenza was founded by big tech veterans Peter Weinberg, Jon Lombardo, and Brian Watroba.

- Over 100 clients, including major B2B and B2C brands like EY, Service Now, and Mars.

The RoleWe’re building our founding team to grow this category-defining startup into a billion-dollar company.
We are looking for a talented Director of New Business to convert our vast pipeline into happy customers and drive revenue growth.
This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to bring a disruptive new technology to market.
What you’ll do- Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations to assess needs.
- Pitch Evidenza’s value proposition and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and optimize the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales, marketing, product, and operations.
- Perform outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to generate new business.
- Identify target prospects and key decision-makers.
- Preferably 5–10 years’ experience in ad sales or market research.
- Experience in sales at a venture-backed startup.
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Clay, Smartlead.ai, Outreach.io.
- Experience building scalable sales workflows and processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Charismatic, curious, and results-driven.
- Experience working with media companies and creative agencies is a plus.
- Demos booked, deals closed, and revenue generated.
- Pipeline management and sales process efficiency.
- Process improvements, including sales materials for onboarding operations
- Base Salary: $125,000
- OTE: $200,000
- Uncapped Commission
