Position Overview

The Customer Success/Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long‑term relationships, and driving customer success. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to identify and address client needs. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a passion for customer success, a track record of growing client accounts, and a desire to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs.
    • Conduct regular check‑ins to monitor satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather client feedback.
  • Client Onboarding & Training
    • Oversee client onboarding and provide personalized training in collaboration with Account Executives.
    • Ensure seamless adoption of Anytime AI products through customized materials and interactive sessions.
  • Address client requests and issues promptly.
  • Join client calls as needed to provide immediate assistance and maintain satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues by coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • Track all escalated cases and client statuses in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Client Renewal & Account Growth
    • Monitor client usage and proactively address renewal opportunities.
  • Usage Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor product engagement metrics and generate actionable insights to drive adoption and ROI for clients.
    • Provide clients with regular reports on usage, performance, and ROI, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, AEs, and customer support teams to align on business goals and ensure a unified client experience.
  • Share insights from client interactions to inform internal strategies and product improvements.
  • Represent Anytime AI at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Engage with attendees to showcase the product, gather insights, and build client relationships.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Experience
      • 1-5 years in account management, customer success, or client relations.
      • Direct experience in legal tech or SaaS startup environments is strongly preferred.
      • Familiarity with legal workflows, especially in personal injury cases, or experience working with attorneys is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
      • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
      • Familiarity with AI-based technology solutions.
    • Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Hub Spot) and customer support software.
    • Results‑driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, and engagement.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and product teams.
    • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and can pivot strategies when necessary.
    • Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable working with clients and teams across different U.S. time zones, ensuring timely communication and responsiveness regardless of location.
