Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Retention and Lifecycle Manager to improve customer retention across our lifecycle and retention channels with a focus on driving customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive customer LTV and core retention metrics across lifecycle and retention channels
- Optimize and scale CRM automations while identifying and building new lifecycle flows across the customer journey
- Track, analyze, and report on customer and business KPIs, translating insights into clear, actionable improvements
- Collaborate with data and analytics partners to define requirements and implement scalable CRM and customer analytics infrastructure
- Aggregate and analyze customer behavior and purchase data to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Design and execute a rigorous testing roadmap across messaging, creative, timing, and offers to continuously improve performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing, or retention‑focused roles in the wellness or consumer space.
- Experience managing and scaling CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data platforms, and database analytics
