Business Administration (MBA) - AI Data Trainer
Join Alignerr as an AI Data Trainer, partnering with leading AI research teams to build and train cutting‑edge AI models.
Base pay range$45.00/hr - $90.00/hr
Location:
Remote
You’ll challenge advanced language models on corporate finance, market strategy, supply chain logistics, and organizational behavior—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. Your expertise will ensure that AI can serve as a sophisticated partner for executive decision‑making and business operations.
What You’ll Do- Develop complex business cases and quantitative challenges across domains such as DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling.
- Author rigorous, step‑by‑step ground‑truth solutions that include financial statements, marketing frameworks (e.g., 4
Ps, 5
Cs), and strategic rationales for AI training. - Conduct technical auditing of AI‑generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards.
- Refine reasoning by identifying logical fallacies and providing structured feedback.
- Advanced degree:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution. - Domain expertise in at least two core business pillars:
Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management. - Analytical writing skills: ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑style summaries and clear professional recommendations.
- Attention to detail: high precision when checking financial formulas, data interpretation, and structural integrity of business arguments.
- No AI experience required.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Proficiency in data‑driven decision tools (e.g., Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL).
- Excellent compensation with location‑independent flexibility.
