The Shared Services Team supports and enables others within the Essilor Luxottica group to achieve targets, keeping people and projects running smoothly and ensuring every part of our business is provided for and well cared for.

Responsibilities- Manage accurately Master Schedule, Construction Schedules, Budget Oversight and Resource Management.
- Display self-confidence, decisiveness, collaboration, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
- Partner with Store Construction and Design to review plans and construction documents, provide feedback, guidance, direction, and ensure compliance with Brand standards and budget.
- Collaborate with Procurement to draft accurate RFP documentation for project bidding and respond to clarification requests during bidding.
- Qualify bid submittals, perform comparative bid analyses, and present vendor award recommendations.
- Draft and present proposals to the Director of Store Maintenance and executive leadership.
- Lead flawless execution of assigned programs, driving results from external vendors and cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate preconstruction conference calls, draft phasing schedules, and align internal and external partners.
- Oversee project budgets, actual expenditures, and change orders.
- Regularly review project photos and documentation to ensure schedule adherence.
- Communicate issues to leadership and Brand points of contact as required to support the project.
- Work across multiple brands, applying best-in-class processes across all.
- Understand brand strategies and their impact on the store experience.
- Bachelor of Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Construction / Project Management with responsibility for managing multiple external resources within a multi-brand business
- Strategic and innovative thinking
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong scheduling and workload management skills
- Proven people management skills with ability to drive high-quality results in project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Computer skills:
Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, etc., as required
- PMP Certification
- Direct exposure and interaction with cross-functional teams and Corporate senior leadership
Pay Range: -
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
