This role will support large-scale initiatives focused on redefining online and mobile experiences for retail clients, with an immediate focus on the external and internal asset transfer journey. • Lead digital client experience initiatives, driving requirements and execution across complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Quickly understand and document end‑to‑end processes to design and deliver seamless digital solutions.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with client experience goals.
• Contribute to the creation and success of innovative digital platforms and tools for retail clients.
• 7–12 years of Business Analyst or Consulting experience, with proven success in digital transformation or financial services initiatives
