Experience: 5-8 years of PMO experience

Understanding: Knowledge of project processes; high-level project coordination and management

Responsibilities:

Assist the US Finance PMO team in delivering projects on time and within budget by facilitating prioritization, financial management, resource allocation, and risk management.

Support the establishment and enhancement of PMO governance, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.

Develop and implement templates, reporting cadences, and methodologies for project tracking and analysis.

Manage the portfolio of finance projects, tracking actuals versus forecasts, budget variances, and risks.

Collaborate with project managers and analytics teams to communicate risks, resource utilization, and portfolio health.

Identify and escalate critical risks impacting schedule, budget, or scope, and document response strategies.

Skills:

Program and/or Project Management experience; PMP certification is a plus.

Understanding of project management life cycles, especially IPECC.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO role, defining and improving policies and procedures.

Experience with large-scale technical or content projects.

Strong technology and business acumen, with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education and

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. PMP certification required.
