This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Product Manager, based in Brooklyn, NY. The Product Manager will lead the lifecycle of product development, including defining product strategies, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include using data‑driven approaches to evaluate product performance, overseeing user research, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer and business needs.

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Roadmap Planning
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Metrics Evaluation, and Market Research
• Excellent communication, Leadership, and Cross‑Functional Team Collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies
• Familiarity with technology trends and customer experience optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus)
• Experience in software development or job‑matching platforms is advantageous
