We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Manager - Operations & Logistics - Amazon to join our team within the beauty and cosmetics division. This role will focus on ensuring smooth supply chain operations, inventory management, and backend support within Amazon Seller Central
. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product availability, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring that all logistics processes align with Amazon’s compliance and performance standards.
Oversee and coordinate Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations
Manage inventory levels, shipments, and replenishment planning through Amazon Seller Central
Create and monitor shipping plans and FBA inbound shipments
Work closely with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Monitor stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and account health metrics; resolve any issues proactively
Assist with chargeback disputes, reconciliations, and operational reporting
Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s logistics requirements (e.g., prep, labeling, packaging guidelines)
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain (Amazon experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with FBA workflows
Experience with inventory management tools and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
