Ticketing Associate

• Work with Ticketing Director and Manager in creation of discount offers, group sales programming, pricing changes and other event management items.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of Broadway Direct digital lotteries.
• Work on reporting, larger scale data project and data aggregation.
• Manager and monitor promotions, offers, and customer communication language.
• Assist with ticketing-related customer service issues.
• Coordinate department schedules and meetings.
• Organize and maintain file database.
• Assist with other administrative and team tasks as necessary.

• Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Mac proficiency preferred.
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once is required.
• Proficiency in working independently and self-starting within the context of a collaborative team.
• Passion for Broadway and live events marketing.
