Soul Cycle is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll help develop and execute brand collaborations that not only generate meaningful revenue but also fuel growth, build cultural relevance, and strengthen engagement with our community. The ability to nurture partner relationships to continuously grow impact over time is key in this role.
Reporting into the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will oversee day‑to‑day partner relationships, drive project execution, and bring bold, creative collaborations to life, all with the north star of growing both partnership revenue and Soul Cycle rider engagement.
The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for day‑to‑day management and successful execution of Soul Cycle’s strategic partnerships. Essential activities will include partner relationship development, account management, project management, and communication with stakeholders of all seniority levels.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detail‑oriented, and personable self‑starter who as an individual contributor is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help build and grow an emerging part of the Soul Cycle business. This is a high‑impact role with the ability to contribute to the growth of Soul Cycle’s ridership and revenue, and the candidate must be enthusiastic about communicating the Soul brand to external partners and excited about meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
This individual will also be a key component of sourcing and securing new partnership agreements for Soul Cycle, and as such will have a creative point of view on how to generate exciting new collaborations. This will include staying abreast of Soul Cycle’s services, programs, and products as well as trends in the broader wellness industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Partnership Development:
Support the sourcing, pitching, and closing of new brand partnerships across industries including but not limited to wellness, lifestyle, tech, and entertainment. - Relationship Management:
Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for internal Soul Cycle and external partners, ensuring flawless communication, alignment, and execution. - Project Management:
Own timelines, deliverables, and internal cross‑functional coordination (Marketing, Field Organization, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth partnership execution from launch to post mortem. - Deal Support:
Work with the director of strategic partnerships on structuring agreements—drafting proposals, reviewing deal terms, and supporting negotiations. - Execution & Reporting:
Manage partnership activations from start to finish, track deliverables, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI). - Creative
Collaboration:
Bring fresh ideas to the table for unique integrations, events, and co‑marketing opportunities that resonate with our riders. - Problem‑Solving:
Be quick, scrappy, and solutions‑oriented—finding ways to make partnerships happen even with limited resources or short timelines.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills—you thrive on organization, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple moving parts & priorities.
