Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator supports core operational, supply chain, and order management activities to ensure accurate inventory flow, on-time delivery, and seamless communication between Production, Planning, Order Management, Compliance, and Distribution Centers (DCs). This role is key to maintaining alignment across teams, mitigating risk, and supporting the execution of seasonal and core business programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and update all move-ups, chase orders, and order file changes; maintain accuracy within the order file and communicate updates to Operations and Order Management to support monthly shipping targets.
  • Identify and track risks and opportunities within orders and forecasts; partner with Production and Planning to resolve issues such as air shipments, delayed goods, consolidated shipments, and hot-list priorities.
  • Monitor country‑of‑origin (COO) changes and assess their impact on volume shifts between distribution centers.
  • Identify excess and slow‑moving inventory; support root‑cause analysis and disposition planning, including seasonal clean‑ups, aged ATS, and tail inventory.
  • Ensure production and sales orders are aligned to the correct warehouse locations, addressing label issues and company code discrepancies in partnership with Order Management.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure monthly inventory flows are aligned across all DC locations.
  • Provide DC Operations with updated SKU information for seasonal and new programs, as well as sell‑off plans.
  • Track early, on‑time, and late seasonal supply and demand flows; work with Planning to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage specialty store setup and serve as a liaison for outside sales representatives.
  • Review operational chargebacks in partnership with the Compliance team.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
Financial & System Support
  • Approve Operations‑related invoices and validate them against SAP shipping data.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and distribute early/late WIP and opportunity reports twice weekly.
  • Prepare and distribute daily holds and confirmations reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly DC capacity and order flow reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute container and air priority lists to Order Management and DC Operations.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly customer start‑date risk assessments.
  • Prepare and distribute aged inventory and SKU‑level reporting by warehouse monthly.
  • Prepare and distribute seasonal early/on‑time/late performance reports.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Experience in retail/wholesale operations, supply chain, or order management preferred.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
