SummaryA fast-growing healthcare technology startup serving Skilled Nursing Facilities and post-acute providers is seeking a senior Business Development hire. This role will own revenue growth end-to-end for a high-traction patient engagement platform with strong product-market fit and rapid adoption across the SNF market.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role ideal for a proven SNF sales professional who thrives in early-stage environments, builds pipeline from scratch, and takes full ownership of results.
ResponsibilitiesOwn full business development lifecycle: outreach, pitching, trials, and close
Build and manage a pipeline of SNF and post-acute operators across the Tri-State area
Drive outbound sales, referrals, conference networking, and relationship-based selling
Effectively position a patient engagement SaaS solution with clear clinical, compliance, and revenue ROI
Coordinate with founders and internal team on demos, trials, and customer onboarding
Maintain structured follow-up and reporting; operate with full ownership and accountability
Support expansion of additional products as the company grows
Represent the company at industry conferences and events
Proven experience selling into SNF
Strong business development background with a track record of closing recurring-revenue deals
Self-starter mentality; comfortable building process without heavy infrastructure
Highly organized, disciplined, and reliable with strong follow-through
Comfortable operating independently in a lean, founder-led startup environment
