We're looking for a Senior Creator Manager to join our growing team. You've already proven you can run a roster, and now you're ready to operate with real autonomy, manage a larger book of business, and help shape how the rest of the team works. You have a complete command of the playbook, deep commercial instincts, and the trust of every creator you work with.

You don't wait to be told what a creator needs, you already know, and you're already three steps ahead on it.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who's built and grown a roster before, has real independent sourcing wins on the board, and is ready to mentor others while continuing to build their own book of business.
