Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Project Analyst to support short-term data and reporting initiatives. This role will assist with gathering, analyzing, and organizing data to support project planning, decision-making, and performance tracking across teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to communicate findings clearly. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical and administrative skills looking to contribute to fast-paced project work on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets Support project teams by analyzing trends, preparing summaries, and generating reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting deliverables
Assist with documentation, task tracking, and data-related process improvements
Ensure data integrity and alignment across project documentation and systems
