Finance & Operations Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to keep Influenc running smoothly behind the scenes as we scale. You will own financial reporting, manage vendor and contractor relationships, support HR operations, and build the systems that allow our team to do their best work.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who is organized, precise, and energized by removing friction from operations.

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting including P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals
• Manage accounts payable, payroll coordination, and expense reporting
• Support fundraising due diligence and investor reporting requirements
• Oversee vendor and contractor agreements and manage renewals
• Administer SaaS tools, software licenses, and office operations
• Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Identify and implement process improvements that save time and reduce cost
• Partner with leadership on financial planning and headcount modeling
