We've partnered with an established Private Wealth platform serving family offices and sophisticated investment organisations glboally. As a result of a meaningful upgrade to their data and reporting infrastructure, they seek an experienced product Manager with deep investment reporting expertise to strengthen a core area of the platform.
In order to be successful in this role, applicants must bring genuine investment reporting expertise, sound product judgment, and the confidence to challenge existing assumptions about reporting frameworks in a data‑intensive environment.
This is not a generalist PM role. The mandate is clear: bring subject‑matter credibility in investment reporting and translate it into robust, scalable product capability.

The PositionThe appointed Product Manager will:
- Own and evolve investment reporting capabilities within a complex Wealth Tech platform
- Review existing reporting outputs and identify gaps against client and market expectations
- Define clear reporting requirements to guide data warehouse and schema design
- Work closely with data architecture, data engineering, and engineering teams
- Translate investment and reporting needs into structured, actionable product requirements
- Engage directly with clients as required to gather feedback and validate requirements
- Act as a domain authority, reducing reliance on second‑hand interpretation of client needs
This is a hybrid product role combining internally focused delivery with selective client exposure.
The Applicant:Successful profiles will be expected to demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ experience in product roles, with significant exposure to investment reporting
- Background within Wealth Tech, family office technology, or investment services
- Strong product fundamentals including requirements definition and cross‑functional delivery
- Domain credibility with investment‑oriented, financially sophisticated users
- Comfort operating in data‑heavy environments alongside engineering and analytics teams
- Strong communication skills and an ability to simplify complex reporting concepts
- Exposure to modern data platforms or data warehouses (e.g.
Databricks, Snowflake, or similar
) is beneficial but not required
Depth and relevance of experience will be weighted more heavily than time served.
