We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is hands-on and technically fluent in Hub Spot. This role plays a critical part in executing and scaling our email and automation program, with a focus on template architecture, targeted deliveries, and testing.

You will work within a mature Hub Spot environment that relies on custom objects, custom association labels, and advanced workflow logic to deliver highly personalized, context-aware lifecycle communication s role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, maintainable email systems.

• Collaborate with teams to support their email goals through direct contributions and enabling them to self-serve
• Leverage a complex Hub Spot data model to segment audiences and target emails
• Create, edit, and maintain Hub Spot email templates and custom modules that are reusable, scalable, and on-brand
• Write and maintain HubL code to customize email templates and modules, including logical operators and loops to support dynamic content
• Migrate legacy emails into updated templates and modules
• Debug rendering, tokenization, and data issues across email clients
• Document templates, modules, and patterns so they can be reused confidently by others
• Architect lifecycle systems that scale as the data model, tooling, and business needs evolve
• Define KPIs, build scalable reporting, proactively identify performance gaps, and drive data-backed experimentation to improve engagement, deliverability, and downstream business impact

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role building, targeting, sending, and analyzing emails in Hub Spot
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and can code email templates from scratch
• Strong working knowledge of HubL, including conditionals and dynamic logic
• Experience working with custom objects and association labels in Hub Spot
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex workflows with layered branching logic
• Technical, data-driven approach to email marketing
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines amid ambiguity
• Ability to work up, down, and across all levels at the organization, i.e., Analysts to C-Suite

The base salary range is between $130,000-$165,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
