Program Manager – Scientific Programs & Execution

CSRC, a public-private partnership working with global thought leaders in clinical development to align regulatory approaches with emerging science and technologies, is seeking a part-time Program Manager to drive execution across our multiple programs and projects.

This is not simply a project-tracking role. We are looking for someone who is creative, scrappy, and makes things happen.

The ideal candidate will have superb execution skills and the ability to take ownership of multiple work streams, anticipate what needs to happen next, and ensure that decisions translate into action.

Responsibilities include

• managing program timelines and deliverables
• coordinating scientific forums, working groups and related initiatives
• maintaining clear project trackers
• providing concise weekly reporting on progress, risks and next steps
• capturing decisions and driving action-item follow-through.

A considerate, confident and efficient communication style is also important, as this individual will coordinate across CSRC leadership and senior industry, academic, regulatory and scientific thought leaders.

We are looking for 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, academic clinical research, or life-sciences consulting environments, with demonstrated project/program management experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, an excellent communicator, and exceptionally strong at follow-through.
