We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Project Manager to implement, own, and organize the work streams related to various Mar Com sites and content for our state savings programs. Though working cross-functionally, this role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will be an integral part of the Vestwell marketing team. The successful candidate must have a passion for financial content and is thrilled about the opportunity to shape the future of content at a fast-growing, VC-backed company.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute marketing strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure critical timelines and deadlines are managed, tracked and met
• Define and develop KPIs to demonstrate success, analyze content performance, identify trends, and areas for optimization
• Manage a robust content calendar that includes all external communications, content, timing, and ownership across different team members
• Work with cross-functional teams and freelancers on projects as needed

• A passion for content and project management with 7+ years of related experience
• Strong understanding of the finance industry or background in other regulated industries
• Proven experience owning a project start to finish, organizing multiple work streams and managing diverse content for products and asset classes across different mediums
• An entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to be nimble and adapt to changing company needs and jump into new projects with ease
• Ability to work independently and manage workload to achieve desired goals
• Proficiency in Asana, Excel, as well as Google Workspace equivalents
• Ability to learn technical flows and optimize workflows for future use
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined work experience

• Previous experience in project management or a marketing function at a Fin Tech startup

This role will be based in either the New York City office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.

The expected base salary range for this position is $105K - $120K base. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

Our interview process starts the same for every candidate with 1-2 introductory conversations to learn more about your background, interests, and what you're looking for, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about Vestwell and the team.
