About the Team

Credit Sights is searching for a Product Owner who will play a crucial role in the development and success of our product offerings. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Product Development:
    Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Backlog Management:
    Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up‑to‑date and reflects the current business priorities.
  • User Stories:
    Develop detailed user stories and establish acceptance criteria to ensure stories are ready for development.
  • Agile Ceremonies:
    Run agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Feature Validation:
    Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that stories meet the definition of done and acceptance criteria.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Discuss features with customers, focusing on usability, time to value, feature completeness, and the overall user journey.
  • Prototyping and Testing:
    Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype features, conduct A/B testing, and validate designs with end users.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Handle issues with current features and provide solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and analyze product performance metrics e.g. team productivity, product adoption, feature performance. This role would focus on collection, analysis, and reporting as well as implementing improvements at the squad level.

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
