The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

• Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high-quality results.
• Develop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.

The Compensation range for this role is $140,000 USD up to $170,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role. Providing information for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is voluntary and is used solely to determine potential tax credit eligibility. Responses do not impact employment decisions.
