ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analyst examines business processes, gathers requirements, and provides data-driven insights. Business Analyst analyze trends, create reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies with business goals and drive overall success. Complete assigned Business Analyst work with guidance, peer review, and documented progress. Follow the team's quality, security, communication, and Agile delivery practices.
Requirements2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support business decisions. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
