Salary of $80,000 to $120,000 per year and a defined path to significant ownership. Vesting and related terms are agreed in the Co-Founder agreement.

We are looking for a commercial founder to build the customer and revenue engine around a deployment-ready AI-agentic monitoring product that is already monitoring 8 GW of renewable assets across the globe. The technology is built. The remote operations team is in place. Your job is to win customers and grow the business.

Solar and wind asset owners have invested heavily in SCADA, DAS and monitoring platforms. These systems generate thousands of alarms and operating signals —
but they do not complete the operational work.

• How much generation and revenue are at risk
• Which incident should be handled first
• What action the field team should take
• Whether production recovered after intervention

As renewable portfolios grow, owners typically respond by adding more monitoring personnel. Costs rise with every site while engineers spend valuable time reviewing repetitive alarms, moving between disconnected systems and preparing manual escalation reports.

Existing software provides more screens and notifications.
It rarely takes accountability for investigating an event, validating the response and following it through to resolution.

Specialized AI agents work every event, continuously:

Technology development and remote monitoring operations are handled by the Power

OpsHQ supporting team.
The Co-Founder's responsibility is to win customers and grow the business.
